W drugim tygodniu stycznia Stocznie WISŁA opuścił pierwszy transport roku 2008.
Prototypowa (pierwsza z serii) nadbudówka na kontenerową
jednostkę o symbolu REM zbudowana dla Gdańskiej Stoczni Remontowej
wymagała od nas zwiększonego wysilku, ale z drugiej strony jest to
kolejny przykład rosnącej współpracy pomiędzy gdańskimi
stoczniami.
A praca idzie dalej - w chwili obecnej w mocno zaawansowanej fazie
montażu znajdują się dwie kolejne nadbudówki: dla Stoczni
J. J. Sietas KG oraz dla Gdańskiej Stoczni Remontowej, oraz sekcje dla
francuskiej Stoczni grupy AKER, nie wspominają o kolejnych
konstrukcjach w fazie preabrykacji.

In the second week of January the first transport of the year 2008 has left Stocznia WISŁA.
A prototype (first of a series) deckhouse for a container vessel of
shipyard symbol REM built for Gdańsk Shiprepair Yard required from
us increased efforts, but on the other side it is another example of
the growing cooperation between Gdańsk shipyards.
And work is continuing - at the moment at an advanced assembly stage
are the next two deckhouses: for J. J. Sietas KG Shipyard and for
Gdańsk Shiprepair Yard, and sections for a French Shipyard from AKER
Group, not to mention the different constructions in prefabrication
stage.
