Otwarcie Zakładu Budowy Sekcji Chrzest pontonu SW 6118 Listopad 2007

Commissioning of Shipsection Production Department Christening of pontoon SW 6118 November 2007

W dniu 12 listopada 2007 roku w Stoczni WISŁA odbyła się podniosła uroczystość. Po prawie dwóch latach od rozpoczęcia procesu inwestycyjnego, w obecności zaproszonych gości nowy Zakład Budowy Sekcji zotał oficjalnie otwarty. Po uroczystym przecięciu wstęgi oraz oficjalnych przemówienich  Zakład Budowy Sekcji, suwnica bramowa o udźwigu 45 ton oraz ponton SW 6118 zostały poświęcone, oraz oficjalnie przekazane do eksploatacji. Aby zaznaczyć ostateczne zakończenie prac budowlanych, wypuszczono różnokolorowe balony - po jednym za każdy dzień budowy. Odbył się również chrzest naszego pontonu SW 6118 - a Matką Chrzestną została Pani Krystyna Kostrubiec, żona długoletniego pracownika Stoczni WISŁA, który całym sercem angażował się w organizację pierwszych transportów ze Stoczni WISŁA.

On 12th November 2007 a memorable event was held at Stocznia WISŁA. Almost two years from the beginning of the investment process, in the presence of invited guests, the new Shipsection Production Department was officially commissioned. After cutting the ribbon and delivering official speeches the Shipsection Production Department, gantry crane of 45T capacity and pontoon SW 6118 were consecrated, and officially handed over to production. To commemorate the finish of all construction works colourful baloons were released - one for each day of construction. Also the christening ceremony of our pontoon SW 6118 took place - and the Godmother became Mrs. Krystyna Kostrubiec, wife of a long-time employee of Stocznia WISŁA, who was fully engaged into the organization of first transports from Stocznia WISŁA .

W tym momencie wypuszczone zostały różnokolorowe balony, na moment rozjaśniając szarość nieba	At this moment, colourful balloons were released, for a moment cheering the gray sky
I pozostał ostatni punkt uroczystości - chrzest odświętnie udekorowanego pontonu SW 6118 ...	And the last point of the ceremony remained - christening of the colourfully decorated pontoon SW 6118...
... którego dokonała Pani Krystyna Kostrubiec, przedniej jakości szampanem I od tej pory ponton SW 6118 może śmiało pływać po morzach i oceanach, sławiąc imię Polskiego Stoczniowca!	which was done by Mrs. Krystyna Kotrubiec with a prime quality champagne And from this moment on the pontoon SW 6118 can proudly sail over the seas and oceans, glorifying the name of the Polish Shipyard Worker!
Na zakończenie, zaproszonym gościom przedstawiono prezentację obrazującą poszczególne etap budowy Zakładu Budowy Sekcji wraz z suwnicą bramową, oraz budowy i wodowania pontonu SW 6118	For the end, the invited guests were shown a presentation showing the different stages of the construction of the Shipsection Production Department together with it's gantry crane, and also of the construction and launching of pontoon SW 6118
